Deck gear: A spruce mast with halyard and cleats to carry a gaff-rigged steadying sail is mounted in a teak tabernacle and rigged by stainless steel shrouds and spruce spreaders to the coachroof fore and aft. Teak guard rails, supported by 750mm tall stainless steel stanchions run from the transom to the stainless steel pulpit. The mast carries a Raymarine Pathfinder radar scanner, radar reflector, steaming lights, GPS and VHF aerials. Stainless steel hand-operated Simpson davits, mounted on teak deck shoes and supported by steel pillars in the engine room hold the plywood tender CATSPAW which is equipped with oars and hoops to support her canvas cover. The Honda 2006 5hp outboard motor is mounted on a teak bracket on the port quarter. A 46lb forged CQR bower anchor, a Danforth anchor and a 4-man Norwest Marine liferaft are stowed on foredeck chocks. The forward chain locker holds 50 metres of 10mm galvanised steel chain to be run out over two nylon rollers on the stainless steel stemhead plate and controlled by a foredeck-mounted Simpson-Lawrence S-Lectric anchor windlass. Mooring fittings include a 96mm teak samson post, four Simpson Lawrence mooring bitts and spring cleats mounted on the teak toerail. A folding stainless steel boarding ladder is fitted to the transom. Fenders and mooring warps are stored in four wooden deck lockers, two of which convert to after deck seats. The command bridge is equipped with helmsman's chair, chart space, and an extra seat with drop-down table. An adjustable stainless steel frame supports Impact Marine covers fitted above the windscreen with 3-way transparent panels and convertible from a bimini shelter into a fully zippered cover. A full dark blue heavy PVC winter cover is stored below. The command bridge carries two horseshoe lifebuoys, VHF aerials and electric navigation lights.

Accommodation: is entered through louvered teak doors and a sliding hatch into a panelled companionway and steps that lead to a second set of lockable double wooden doors.

Five or six diners can be seated around a folding wooden table with inset chessboard. Two occasional sleeping berths are available in the fully-curtained, cushioned, upholstered and carpeted. All the accommodation is heated by an diesel oil-fired Eberspächer Airtronic warm air system.

Double doors open to a further companionway that leads down steps past a wooden flag rack and a hanging locker equipped with new lifejackets into the aft cabin with a double berth, mirrors and lockers. A door opens into a separate heads with hot and cold water to washbasin, shower, porcelain sit bath and electric sea lavatory.

Fitted under the forward-facing saloon chart table, behind a door in the main corridor and facing the galley, is a pilot's sleeping cabin with extensive storage.

Galley: Ventilated and top-lit by foredeck skylight, ceramic-tiled, lino-floored with worktop, lockable cupboards, drying racks, stainless steel sink and drainer, hot and cold pressurised water supply to mixer tap and a single cold tap for drinking water fed by a separate water pump from a separate tank under the deck saloon sole.

Cooking and refrigeration is all-electric by a 24-litre International electric oven with grill and twin hot plates, a Panasonic microwave oven and a Logik Silver Table Top refrigerator.



The panelled corridor from the galley and pilot cabin is top-lit from a deck-mounted escape hatch and ventilated by four deck-mounted Dorade boxes. The corridor leads to a twin V-berth forward cabin with the forward heads and a large hanging locker behind panelled doors.





The forward heads include a washbasin with hot and cold water, manual Baby Blake sea lavatory and storage lockers





Ventilation Forward cabin: opening ports in shipside, hinged hatch, water trap ventilators over cabin and heads compartment. Starboard cabin: two opening ports and hinged hatch. Galley: two opening ports and hinged hatch. Deck saloon: four sliding windows, four vents in stowage space, two in coachroof. Aft cabin: Opening ports in cabin and heads. Engine room: two opening ports.
